Tags: I can't upload documents for signing anymore. There's always this error: "There was a problem with the PDF file. Please ensure that the PDF file is valid and has not been secured. When I checked the PDF files I was trying to upload, the security setting was not turned on, so the files were not "secured." What's happening?

Tags: multiple signatures Ok, I was testing out the esignatures beta and found myself unable to proceed after signing, without forwarding an email to someone else to sign also. Making it a 2 signature document. I sent it to my alternate email and thought I would just click "Sign", to sign it, but yet found that I must create yet another seperate account.
Why does there have to be 2 signatures? I want to digitally sign my pdf file as an author/creator/owner, not as a co-owner. Is there a way to just sign my own pdf documents without having to create a 2nd account? |

Tags: download signatures It would be nice to be able to see who has signed. I have 6 of 10 signatures needed but I don't know who I need to contact to nudge them along.
It is also a challenge that everyone has to sign for me to be able to download. If one person does not sign I don't get the document. This could be a huge deal. Right now, it makes us hesitant to use eSignatures again. |

When I and my client e-sign a document with our default signatures (the default cursive name), none of our signatures display on the executed (e-signed by both of us) PDF. However if I and/or client upload an image for our signatures and use it for our profile to e-sign the document, it does show up on the executed PDF.
The problem is I can’t ask everyone to upload an image of their signatures. The default signature (cursive name) should show up on executed PDF. Any idea why it doesn’t or how to fix it? Thanks for your help in advance. |

When requesting for signature, it is most often to request for approval.
There is no functionality to return to requestor and to comment on why the document is rejected (spelling mistakes, ....). |

Tags: initials signatures It would be helpful to have the capacity to edit a document once uploaded to specify embedded Initial or Signature fields within a document.

Tags: The window field to view document is limited. It would be helpful to have an expanded window to view an entire document in an 8.5 x 11 inch view or even two document 8.5 x 11 side by side. The current window reduces the size of text when the entire document is in view of the window.

You should have the ability for someone to be able to create an additional profile but with a different email address. I wanted to create a personal profile with my personal email address instead of my business but it would not let me. Very useful if someone is at the office or home vice versa and has to sign a document with a different email address.
