Hosted License. Ability to CANCEL an event, and notify all participants that the event has been canceled, and add additional information (ie. Register for the next event, with this name, etc.)

We have purchased 2 rooms that have a limit of 100 seats. We pay extra to have access to Event Management in order for us to register people to attend our webinars. However, We also have to use a website called Cvent for registration. This is because we do not want to over register as we can only have 100 people max, attend our webinar.
I WISH that adobe could make it to where when we register people through the Event Management and we have 100 people registered that Adobe automatically cuts off registeration and does not allow more people to register for our webinar, than our rooms can hold. Because currenlty there is no cut off we have to have our membership register through Cvent (which allows us to cut off registration once we register 100 people) and then register through Adobe using the Event Management. This is cumbersome for our membership and costly for us as we get charged by Cvent for every person who registers, even though we are offering the webinars for free to those tha More... |

Hosted License. Ability to control the number of "Duplicate Events". Currently, you can only duplicate 1 event at a time. I would like to be able to select how many events I want to duplicate and how many duplicates I want to create.

Hosted License. The ability to select all of the necessary options, Registration Form, and Email Options, and store those in a Template folder. If you have a training schedule, and want to create a template for each course, then you could select from your "My Templates folder, and have it fill in the information you want. You could even make it selectable on what items of the template you want to use (ie. Registration Form, Email Options, etc.)

Hosted License. Re-ocurrences for Multi-Day events (ie. Tues-Thurs for 2 weeks; 9am-11am ET). If you have an event that lasts for 6-2 hr sessions, over 2 weeks, it would be nice to have that ability to schedule it. Currently, you have to create an event for each session, which is TIME CONSUMING.

Setting up an event can take a while, especially if you're creating a complex, custom registration form. I'd like a template functionality, similar to what Connect offers for meetings, so that new events can be quickly created based on previously created registration forms, etc.

Hosted License. "BCC:" & "CC:" Field in all Event Email Options. Currently, there are only a few of the Email Options that allow this.

Hosted License. "BCC:" & "CC:" Field in Event: "Notify users that approval is pending" Email Option. That is necessary to receive a confirmation when someone registers for a meeting. Currently, there is no way to do this.
